Simple Syrup
A sugar syrup used in many cocktails
This is a standard ingredient in many cocktails.
Keeps well in refrigerator for a week or so.
Ingredients
- One cup sugar
- One cup water
Method
- Bring water to a boil
- Remove from heat
- Stir in sugar until dissolved
- Cool
